【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifies:–astructuredlistofcontrol,buildingautomationandtechnicalbuildingmanagementfunctionswhichhaveanimpactontheenergyperformanceofbuildings;–amethodtodefineminimumrequirementsregardingthecontrol,buildingautomationandtechnicalbuildingmanagementfunctionstobeimplementedinbuildingsofdifferentcomplexities;–detailedmethodstoassesstheimpactofthesefunctionsonagivenbuilding.Thesemethodsenabletointroducetheimpactofthesefunctionsinthecalculationsofenergyperformanceratingsandindicatorscalculatedbytherelevantstandards;–asimplifiedmethodtogetafirstestimationoftheimpactofthesefunctionsontypicalbuildings.ThisEuropeanStandardisdefinedfor:–buildingowners,architectsorengineers,definingthefunctionstobeimplementedforagivennewbuildingorfortherenovationofanexistingbuilding;–publicauthorities,definingminimumrequirementsforBACandTBMfunctionsfornewbuildingsaswellasforrenovationasdefinedintherelevantstandard;–publicauthorities,defininginspectionproceduresoftechnicalsystemsaswellasinspectorsapplyingtheseprocedurestocheckifthelevelofBACandTBMfunctionsimplementedisappropriate;–publicauthorities,definingcalculationmethodswhichtakeintoaccounttheimpactofBACandTBMfunctionsontheenergyperformanceofbuildingsaswellassoftwaredevelopersimplementingthesecalculationmethodsanddesignersusingthem;–designers,checkingthattheimpactofallBACandTBMfunctionsaretakenintoaccountwhenassessingtheenergyperformanceofabuilding.
