【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedefinitionandstructuringofinformationrelatingtoentitiesthatarecommonlyencounteredincommunicationswithandbetweenclinicalinformationcomputersystems.WithinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandardisadescriptionofcomponentsandtheiruse.Inparticular,thesecomponentsrelatetothefollowingsub-domains:?Subjectsofcare:includingpersons,animalsandgroupsofanimals.Thissub-domainincludesdescriptionsoftheparametersfortheidentificationofthesubjectsofcare.?Subjectofcarerelatedparties:includingnextofkinandotherpersonsandorganisationsrelatedtothesubjectofcare(includingothersubjectsofcare).?Healthcareagents:includinghealthcareprofessionals,organisationsanddevices.?Devices:includingdescriptionsoftheirsettingsandusewithinaparticularuseevent.?Locations:oftwotypes:?carelocations,forexample,wardandbedwherepatientreceiveinpatientcare,aclinicwherephysiotherapybooked,anursinghome,thepatient’shomeetc.;?geographiclocations:whicharenon-healthcarespecificplacesthatarerelatedtolaboratoryinvestigations.Forexample:kitchens,shopcounters,hotelairconditioningsystems.?Transport:includingthetransportationofpersons(patient,relatedperson),animals,orsamples/bodyparts.Financial:includingcostsassociatedwithcareservices,authorisationandserviceagreements(contracts).
