【摘要】:Thepurposeofthispracticeistoaidinprovidingtheenduserwithanappropriatelyfunctioningsystemwithappropriatereleasetorquesetting(s).Thedefinitionsandtolerancesdefinedinthispracticedonotnecessarilyapplytoproceduresincorporatinganinspectionintervalorschedule,inwhichsuchproceduresarespecifiedbythebindingmanufacturer.Thispracticeisnotintendedtobeamethodforevaluatingequipmentdesign.Note28212;RefertoPracticeF1064fordefinitionsandtolerancespertainingtotheevaluationofequipmentonceinuse.1.1Thispracticeprovidesproceduresforinspectionandadjustmentofalpineski/binding/bootsystems.1.2Thispracticeshouldbefollowedforsystems,whethernewlymountedorpreviouslymounted,whenworkisperformedonthesystemthatmayaffectitsreleasefunction,unlessotherwisespecifiedbythebindingmanufacturerinnon-rentalapplications.1.3NonapplicabilityofthisfunctionandreleaseinspectionpracticetorentalshopoperationsisbasedupontheexistenceofapplicableASTMpractices.Note18212;RefertoPracticeF1064forequivalentproceduresandtolerancesforcompleteandincompleterentalsystems.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
