【摘要】:Thisguidedescribesproceduresthatcanbeusedtopreparenewzinc-coatedsurfacesforpaintingandimprovethebondofpainttothezincsurface.1.1Thisguidecoverssurfacecleaningandvariousmethodsoftreatingnewzinc-coatedbythecontinuousprocess(galvanized)surfacesproducedbyeitherthehot-dipmethodorbyelectroplating.Thisguidecoverssurfacesthathavenotbeentreatedpreviouslyatthemilltoprovidetemporaryprotectionagainststainingbymoistureotherthanbyeasilyremovedprotectiveoils(seeAppendixX1).Forpreparingsurfacesofneworweathereditemsofzinc-coatedsteelproducedbybatchprocessing,refertoPracticeD6386.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO22197specifiesatestmethodforthedeterminationoftheair-purificationperformanceofmaterialsthatcontainaphotocatalystorhavephotocatalyticfilmsonthesurface,usuallymadefromsemiconductingmetaloxides,suchastitaniumdioxideorotherceramicmaterials,bycontinuousexposureofatestpiecetothemodelairpollutantunderilluminationwithultravioletlight.ThispartofISO22197isintendedforusewithdifferentkindsofmaterials,suchasconstructionmaterialsinflatsheet,boardorplateshape,thatarethebasicformsofmaterialsforvariousapplications.ThispartofISO22197alsoappliestomaterialsinhoneycomb-form,andtoplasticorpapermaterialsiftheycontainceramicmicrocrystalsandcomposites.ThispartofISO22197doesnotapplytopowderorgranularphotocatalyticmaterials.Thistestmethodisusuallyapplicabletophotocatalyticmaterialsproducedforairpurification.Thismethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofotherperformanceattributesofphotocatalyticmaterials,i.e.,decompositionofwatercontaminants,self-cleaning,antifoggingandantibacterialactions.Itconcernstheremovalofnitricoxide.
