【摘要】:Thisstandard:-definestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomassesandbrakingconditions;-givesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithoutsideaxle-journals;-specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculationsforsteelgradeEA1NdefinedinprEN13261:1998;-describeshowtoobtainthemaximumpermissiblestressesforothersteelgrades;-determinesthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxle.Thepreferredshapesandtransitionsareidentifiedtoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:-solidandhollowaxlesofrailwayrollingstockusedforthecarriageofpassengersandfreight;-axlesdefinedinprEN13261:1998;-allgauges.Thisstandardisapplicabletonon-poweredaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalEuropeanconditions.Beforetheuseofthisstandard,ifthereisanydoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeappliedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining/levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothisstandardonlyfortheloadcasesoffreerunningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyforworkloadcases;theyarecalculatedseparately.Forlightrailandtramwayapplicationsotherstandardsordocuments,agreedbetweenthecustomerandsupplier,maybeapplied.Non-poweredaxlesofmotorbogiesandlocomotivesareanalysedaccordingtotherequirementsofEN13104.note:3)Ifthegaugeisnotstandard,someformulaeneedtobeadapted.
