【摘要】:Therearemanystepsinvolvedfromthedevelopmentandproductionofadevicetotheproperrunnin9ofacompletesystemdesignedaccordin9thespecificneedsofacustomer.Suitableteststepsareincorporatedinthisprocess.Manyanternaltestsduringthedevelopmentofadevice(orasystemkit)resultinatypetest(unitleveltest)performedatleastbytheproviderand-ifrequiredbyapplicablestandards-byanindependenttestauthority.InthecontextofthispartoftheIEC61400-25series,thetermtypetestisrestrictedtothefunctionalbehaviourofthedeviceexcludin9communication.Continuingroutinetestsintheproductionchainarenecessarytoensureaconstantqualityofdelivereddevicesinaccordancewiththequalityproceduresoftheproducer.Aconformancetestisthetypetestforcommunicationand-sincecommunicationestablishesasystem-thebasicintegratedsystemstestoftheincorporatedsystemcomponents.Asaglobalcommunicationsstandard,theIEC61400-25seriesincludesstandardisedconformanceteststoinsurethatallsupplierscomplywithapplicablerequirements.Typetestsandconformancetestsdonotcompletelyguaranteethatallfunctionalandperformancerequirementsaremet.However,whenproperlyperformed,suchtestssignificantlyreducetheriskofcostlyproblemsoccurringduringsystemintegrationinthefactoryandon-site.ConformancetestingdoesnotreplaceprojectspecificsystemtestssuchastheFATandSAT.TheFATandSATarebasedoncustomerrequirementsforadedicatedWPPsystemandaredonebythesystemintegratorandnormallywitnessedbythecustomer.Thesetestsincreasetheconfidencelevelthatallpotentialproblemsinthesystemhavebeenidentifiedandsolved.ThesetestsestablishthatthedeliveredWPPsystemisperformin9asspecified.
