【摘要】:ThisstandardgivesspecifictechnicalcriteriatobeusedwithintheframeofthegeneralcriteriagiveninEN45001andEN45002fortheassessmentoflaboratoriesperformingheattransferpropertymeasurementsofbuildingproductsandcomponentsaccordingtostandardizedtestmethods.Itisrelevantbothtoassessmentsconductedinternallyandtothosecarriedoutformallybyanaccreditationbody,andisintendedtobeofassistancetoallinterestedparties.ItgivescontentsofthedocumentationrequiredbyEN45001(equipmentmanual,calibrationandmaintenancefiles,measurementproceduredocument)andtheproceduresfortheassessmentofequipmentaccuracyandperformancecheck.AllotherrequirementsregardinglaboratoriesundertakingheattransferpropertymeasurementsaregivenintheEN45000series.Thispart1ofthisstandardgivesassessmentrequirementscommontovarioustestmethods;thesubsequentpartsgiveassessmentrequirements,whicharerelevanttoeachtestmethodTheapplicationofthisstandardassumesanadequatelevelofcompetenceforthepersonnelinvolved.
